This coupling has the following characteristics:

This coupling has the following characteristics:
- The gear coupling with elastic pin can transfer bigger torque,only with smaller turning diameter,volume and quality than other gear coupling under the same torque.So the gear coupling with elastic pin can replace some gear coupling.Compared with gear coupling,it has many advantages,such as simple structure,less parts,easy manufacture and gear cutting machine tool not required.Convenient maintenance,long service life, only need to remove the baffle when changing nylon cylindrical pin.Nylon pin is self-lubricating,so it can not only save the lubricating oil,but also improve the work environment.Vibration reduction ability is poor and noise is larger. Gear coupling with elastic pin has some ability to compensate the relative displacement of two axes,which applies to medium and higher power shaft transmission but not applies to the work place where has strict requirements of vibration and noise.
