The elastic sleeve pin coupling is a kind of using cylindrical pin which have elastic sleeve(Rubber material)at one side, installed in the flange hole of half coupling to connect two hubs and transmit torque. The elastic sleeve pin coupling has many advantages such as simple structure, easiness of manufacture,lubrication and metal sulfide not required.It doesn't need to move half coupling when change elastic sleeve. It also has some ability to compensate the relative displacement of two axes and absorb vibration. The elastic sleeve will be out of shape under strain when at work.Because of the thin thickness,small in size and limited deformation of the elastic sleeve,the elastic sleeve has elastic and relative displacement compensation,but the elastic and the amount of relative displacement compensation is small.The elastic sleeve pin coupling can transmit torque with the contact friction torque generated by the locking force of pin group which compress the rubber elastic sleeve.So,it's suitable for small and medium-sized power shaft transmission with high rigidity seat installation,high accuracy of alignment,low impact load and low damping requirements.
